I seem to get through a panama every couple of years through unexpected rain badly deforming it / me crushing it too. -

Still cool, but the wind has dropped. Christy's 'Jones' Fedora. The more I look at American hats the more I realise how tapered and short crowned our hats are - and looking at old photos I don't think it's just a modern vs vintage thing - even older UK hats do seem to have more taper. -
