Vitamin D Deficiency I will say that being so pale comes with issues. When I had my physical I was found to be "severely deficient" in Vitamin D. So, I am taking supplements of 50k IU once a week, in addition to 2k IU on the days that I don't take the 50k for 3 months. I will be retested... -
