Some guy on the bus said I looked like a gangster and asked If I was going to church. I'm not in a gang but I was going to mass.
I said to the gentleman that I was both.
Same. What's important is to show your face when in an "intimate" environment. I think that's why Jewish people wear those skullcaps inside, it doesn't hide the face.
I just got my first felt this summer, I haven't experienced any strong winds yet.
I still have my ushanka when it gets really windy. Until so, black ear bags and my FED IV should suffice.
Thanks! Is there any place I can get a wind cord in Toronto? Do I need a "specialist" to install it or can I do it by myself?
That's a really a nice hat btw =).
I know that one part attaches to your coat lapel. But where does the other part go? Is it attached to the ribbon? Inside the hat? Can a wind trolley be attached to a FED IV?
Never knew that black leather can turn brown overtime. I inherited my grandfathers black cap toe dress shoes, these bad boys are made in the 50s and they still look pretty good too me.
EDIT: I have only black shoes and a black belt. Brown is just not my style.
Could you post pictures of said HH Vanson Enfield? I find it hard imagining the color. Black shoes are a safe bet. Or you could get bespoke shoes of the same color =P.
Those are called biker caps. Greek fisherman caps are made out of wool, both crown and brim. I feel like this forum is becoming like Team Fortress 2, everyone wants their own unique hat =).
