I need to roadblock it anyway but if I can manage 5 1/2" then I'll try it with a copper ribbon and leave the brim raw. I already trimmed it to 3" since it was way too wide for my size 7 head. :D -

That is awesome! It makes me want to convert my old akubra snowy river in fawn to something like that... I can reblock it and find and make the ribbon ok, I'm just not so sure I can bind the brim... -

Watched My Man Godfrey on Hulu last night. They've got the colorized version which was "new" for me having only ever seen it in B&W. I like B&W better, but it was nice to see it again.- m0nk
