An ebay find spotted by Manfred, and kindly pm'd - Lembert (60's?):
Sorry for poor photos, I'll try and get one 'in situ':
It still needs a bit of steam and a brush, but I finally cleaned the decomposing foam and cork sheet from the back of the sweat that had been used to shrink the hat...
Manfred - can't beat Harris Tweed for winter weather. Nice cap.
Andy, David, Eric & Charlie - a fine quartet of VSs!
Dale - great stingy.
TJones - that Bradford always looks good on you.

Now that I have internet access...
Busy day, and just spending a few minutes catching up. Excellent hats from all as usual folks, and too many for individual comments, although I will say a special mention to Alan's Strat and Steve's Habig.
Wet and breezy in a fed:
Not living in the US I can't easily comment on the average standard of vintage US hats, but have been impressed with those I've bought. From a UK perspective though, whilst there are plenty of very nice pre-60's hats out there, they're not universally wonderful. Felt quality is typically better...
Nice cap John - great shade of blue
Great swoop/tilt with that marvelous Mallory
Lovely wide ribbon Perry, and I like the jacket
Andy - fine looking OR.
Sam - One on my envy list :)
Memphis - nice choice of felt and ribbon colours
Alan - beautiful brim...
Second American Legend arrived today. Not quite as bright as the photo suggests, but slightly brighter than I hoped for. It will need careful working into an outfit.
Mingo - looking good in that Fed.
Keith - great peapod. Are you sure you're not pulling our legs over the typo? :)
Andy - lovely looking Mallory and a nice ensemble to boot.
David - glad the tooth pain has gone. Sweet looking Borso.
Rusty - I can see why you used Mike again :)...
