With a solid navy (or dark grey) suit I think it would work fine, but I'm not sure about the pinstripe on pinstripe. -

Steve - lovely brim Purplesage - Nice find. I'd try a little lighter fluid on a cloth, followed by leather balsam. If that doesn't work I'd leave it rather than risking anything stronger. -

An Akubra Squatter in black would probably work fairly well. Unfortunately both of the Australian sites I'd recommend have stopped selling it in black, but for a little more one of the German sites sells it, and you won't have the random chance of import duty that way... -
