I love Tim Gunn - he's a lovely man - he's kind to the ladies taking part in his show and doesn't paw them or make them feel bad unlike some other presenters of makeover shows - one writer described that kind of behaviour as "a creepy mix of insults and caresses" which I think is spot on.
Some great cards there!
I had a brilliant one from Mildred Pierce that I got in Central Park - I brought it home and there was something stuck on it - like a leaf from the trees hanging over the seller's stall so I decided to wet the leaf to get it off and a huge hole appeared right beside...
Good heavens!!!!! And I thought I had plenty of clothes! I think I might just show this to my husband so he can see that I'm not all that bad with my three humble (yet bursting) wardrobes!
LinaSofia - I want every single one of those dresses - they are beyond gorgeous - thank you for posting (some lovely Summer inspiration there!).
Drappa - thanks for posting the interview - will watch it when I get a moment today!
Les Misérables - with Gerard Depardieu & John Malkovich (who I find hard to watch - he gives me the creeps). This is a tv miniseries of Les Mis and it reminded me of something you would watch on BBC1 on a Sunday evening - strangely comforting and familiar. It has a heavyweight cast but seems a...
I haven't noticed anyone else wearing vintage on the streets of Dublin which I think is really odd as I thought you'd find one or two about. The only time I have seen some element of vintage wear was at a vintage fair I went to last year and I was practically the only person (apart from one or...
That's such a lovely thing to say CherryLips - so thank you!
I have two monogrammed Bermuda bags myself (yours looks like one to me in the photo) - with most of them you can change the fabric bag so you have loads of options with it - I love the colour of yours though.
LinaSofia - you look amazing - and I agree with the others that the yellow dress is superb on you - and the little scottie dog brooch is just the sweetest!
So far I have only met one Lounger - the lovely Darhling! She came to Dublin for a quick visit with her delightful friend - we had a fantastic evening and got in some of Dublin's best pubs!
There are so many more Loungers I would love, love, love to meet - I won't name names as I'm sure to...
Good point - I didn't spot that initially.
My husband and I love this guy's Art Deco furniture - but the prices! I think I would seriously need a Lotto win to afford a lot of it! Check out his stand at the Interiors Show:

Look at those...
I saw the trailer for this the first time last night (my husband is dying to get his hands on it) and I have to say I was very impressed with it. The graphics are amazing - almost movie like (I recognised the actor who plays Kenny from Mad Men straight off!).
I'm not one for computer games...
Thank you - that's what I was trying to convey earlier about the Marie Claire hosiery. I have seen girls here wearing what I would call Granny type hosiery (too tan, no sheen (although I hate too shiny tights) and mega reinforcement in the toes with sandals and it looks bad.
I was also...
