I just don't like the sweatbands on the modern Stetsons. The vintage ones are just nicer. I've never worn 'em in the rain (the situation just hasn't arisen), so I can't speak to the other complaints I hear about them.

Well, my friend at work occasionally buttons just the bottom two in a three-button, and it drives me nuts, (I suspect it's just because he was in a hurry) and I've seen Carson Daly button just the top button, usually with one shirttail hanging out.

I'm afraid I always leave the back pockets unbuttoned. Until I started doing that, I always had broken or missing buttons from them getting caught on car door frames and such. If it's not too much of a faux pas I'd just as soon leave the back pockets off any custom-made trousers. I never use...
There's just something about the Gee Bee. Take the biggest engine you can get your hands on, attach a wing, a tail, wheels, and a place for the pilot to sit, fair it all in, and bingo! Speed reduced to its pure essence.

I've been reading that older guys (like me) are buying the xB because we don't have to fold ourselves up to get in and out. Toyota clearly aimed the car at a younger buyer, but you know how things work out, sometimes.
