Lily has taste! Our 3 and a half year old is the same, breakfast is the easiest one to get her to eat and oatmeal/porridge is one of her faves. She loves blueberries and brown sugar or honey on hers.- Smithy

Sorry but that's absolute nonsense. The RAF night bombing was an integral part of the success of the bombing campaign over the Third Reich. Operation Chastise alone for example was responsible for putting back the German war effort by several months. -

Seal definitely. Rust knits might not be historically accurate but I'm with you Sloan, it'd look brilliant ;) Too true AF. Cloth and eventually nylon was the way it was going. Leather was on the way out. But it's just a shame the ANJ-3 hasn't kicked off as well with the repro buying public...- Smithy

It is a real shame it was killed off so quickly. It is a wonderful design and if you compare it with an A-2 at a purely functional level it makes far, far more sense. But us human beings are such emotive creatures and all those pics of aircrew in their A-2s is what has no doubt tipped it in...- Smithy

I've always had a niggle in the back of my mind to get an ANJ-3 and it's still there. It's not top of my list but I reckon I might pull the trigger one day and get one. As a flight jacket it makes a lot of sense, in many ways it's like an A-2 but more user friendly.- Smithy

Yeah but I'm not fat as a barrel because of it :D Porridge/oatmeal is good eating James. Fills you up, give you lots of slow release energy and helps burn off the cholesterol from the bacon and eggs on the weekend ;) Berries with Greek yoghurt this morning.- Smithy

Actually back in Oz last year I went out with a mate you'd just got back from his fourth tour in Afghanistan and TBH although it was great to see him he was a bit out of control. One minute he'd be quiet as a mouse, the next he was frantic. It was another mate's birthday so it turned into a bit... -
