Not sure how much of this is true, since it is the Daily Fail, but still interesting I thought.

I almost forgot, but also recently got a custom belt made by Cassie Stephens on Etsy. http://www.etsy.com/shop/cassieart She was just wonderful to work with and very charming, not to say fast! I really wanted a turtle buckle, and she made it happen.
This weekend we went trawling the shops and charity shops in Winchester, when I saw this great St Michael dress, in perfect condition. It fits like it was made for me, but in typical fashion I had already spent all my money this month on sewing patterns etc., so my wonderful husband bought it...
Oh, ditto to Dolly Parton, Isla Fisher and Phylicia Rashad. The Cosby Show will alsways be one of my favourite shows to watch.
Adding Alicia Keys, she's just so, so beautiful I think.
Natalie Wood
And ever since the Notebook Rachel McAdams
I'm on my phone so can't post photos, but in no particular order mine are Meryl Streep, Zooey Deschanel, Liv Tyler, Ellen Degeneres, Rachel Bilson, and I agree on Vivien Leigh. I also quite like Emma Watson.

Thanks for the sympathies ladies :)
I hunted down some fabric that is very similar to the fabric of the dress, but can't buy it until I have some more money. But then it'll be my next project.
The dress seller is traven7 on Etsy, maybe they are willing to sell that necklace!
I am so sad about these selling, especially the hat and the dress, but I am determined to make one just like it. I just couldn't afford them now. The pattern was marked as a housecoat and sold for very little in the end.
I completely agree with The Road being the scariest movie, because it still haunts me, especially the scene with the half butchered bodies in the basement of that house. My husband dragged me to see that as he loved the book, and I should have known better. He was actually terribly disapointed...
My first vintage skirt was a 4 gore skirt pattern and it was easy and turned out really well. I don't recall the brand, but it's something like this...
I feel your pain, I have had bad luck with Ebay and Etsy lately, including stains, bleach stains, wrong measurements and pulls or snags on knits. In most cases I don't even want to send it back because I'd lose the return shipping and it's too annoying. Ebay should really sort that out!
