Aren't I feeling old. Always watched The Untouchables when I was growing up. Not, unfortunately, in reruns. F-Troop, too. Loved them both...as well as Get Smart, Man from Uncle, Riverboat, The Rifleman (the list is lengthy).- DNO

Pocket Knife
I've always carried a pocket knife...essential equipment for any gentleman. Used to use an assortment of vintage knives but now I just carry a Leatherman Micra on my keychain and an Opinel #6 carbon in my other pocket. The Opinel is a lot lighter than most knifes and it takes a razor sharp...- DNO

Sorry BigFitz! But enjoy the addiction. I'm at a loss now that I've finished all five seasons. Tried switching over to something lighter...Blackadder or Little Britain. Didn't work. Now I'm thinking of Deadwood (haven't watched Season 3 yet) or maybe re-watching Rome.- DNO

I tried stretching from 7 to 7 3/8. The results weren't terribly satisfactory. I'd say it was definitely one size too many. On the other hand I have stretched a hat from 7 1/8 to 7 3/8 with no ill effects at all. -
How Many Fedoras did you see today?
Out and about thrifting today. Saw 4 or 5 straws and a crossing-guard with a really nice looking grey Milan. -
What was the last TV show you watched?
Just finished season 5 of The Wire. Such an enormous rarity...shows one what television could be if it wasn't so preoccupied with dross. Quite an amazing series.- DNO

It was pouring rain when I left the grocery store today. Rather than have soggy bread, my fedora protected it while we walked to the car. Better wet hair than wet bread!
