Is it the sleeveless one? (It isn't me btw!) I saw that, but thought that label is a bit later, 60's or 70's, but it does seem to be sewn on a bit crooked, so it's a tough call. It's still pretty, but not sure about the alterations and label.- Drappa

I don't know what I'd do. I guess if they aren't willing to do a partial, then I'd send it back just on principle. Just for info, don't threaten sellers with negative feedback, as that is considered feedback extortion and Ebay doesn't allow that! The seller will know anyway that if the buyer is unhappy they could leave negative feedback, and will most likely try to work with the buyer.- Drappa

Oh no, sorry to hear that! I would send the seller a message telling them you're disappointed and see what they say. If they get defensive and don't attempt to make it right, I'd either start a SNAD case on Ebay and send it back, or leave neutral or negative feedback. If they're a good seller...- Drappa
