Not bad at all, HP! Looks like it fits you well. Take it to a tailor and get the sleeves shortened just a bit so you show a quarter to half an inch of sleeve cuff, and you'll be in great shape.
Exactly. The shoulders on that coat are way, way too narrow for that guy. The divots below the top of the sleevehead and the way the collar is so far away from his neck are dead giveaways.
The 10 oz. mentioned for the tropical wool is the weight-per-yard measurement normally used for cloth weights. Confusingly, the author lists weight for other fabrics made up as suits--the weight of the whole suit, not the per-yard weight of the cloth.
The finest modern wools can't make a cloth...
