Oh goodie!!! And don't feel rushed at all to get it back to me...I'm still in beginner mode, so I won't be starting on that for a very long time! :) And thanks for the heads-up on the full mailbox...felt good to purge all those old messages!
Daisy, both of your dresses are beautiful, but that navy set is my favorite (although your peachy/coral dress would match my new brooch...it's a good thing we aren't the same size!:p )
Tinseltown, I don't know about the vintage-factor, but I do know cute when I see it! Why aren't you keeping both of them? I suppose the navy would probably match more, but I'm a sucker for red polka dots. Are these eBay finds?
Yep, I just opened up my shop last week! I make jewelry and a few people were asking if I sell any of it, so I thought I'd give it a try. My shop name is ThePeachMartini.
:offtopic: Out of curiosity, how smoothly did your transaction go? I can PM you since it's a little off topic
Honey Doll, that is adorable!
I agree that Etsy can be pretty tricky to navigate! I've also noticed that a lot of sellers use tags in their listings that have nothing to do with what you're searching for! That really frustrates me.
No sales here yet...it's only been a week, though. I know...
Payless has their BOGO 1/2 Off sale going on...and super cute shoes!!
Sasha Wedge Sandal in Red or Green - $19.99
Marvelous Espadrille Slide in Yellow or Navy - $19.99
Tessa Wedge in Black or Navy - $14.99 (Reg. $19.99)
TJ Maxx always reminds me of a more expensive version of Goodwill the way it's arranged. I haven't been in that store in ages...might have to pop in today!
Thanks for reminding me! I will actually be downtown for most of the afternoon tomorrow, so I will have to pop in the Salvation Army. Now I'm hoping my testing goes quickly (and well) tomorrow so I can get on to shopping! :)
Hehe, I was thinking of getting one of those shirts too! My only problem is with the banded sleeves - my chubby little arms really struggle with those! lol
ShooShoo,
Thanks for the heads-up! I did get the lighter wash, but had been thinking about getting the darker wash as well (I generally like the lighter denim, even though I know "back in the day" they were mostly darker denim). I will keep this in mind, though!
I sent mine off to Miss Shelley for the pattern swap! I'm not going to get around to sewing it for quite a while as I'm still just starting out :) I got mine for $1.99 at JoAnn's the other day - I do love a good bargain!
