    Great list, you've really got your priorities straight! For hair, I think that I thingy like this really helps for long hair. It's almost an instant 30s/40s hairdo! Works well for beginners.

    For back acne: Try washing with a soap for skin problems in the shower every morning. I have been using Cliniuqes soap bar for acne skin, and since I started using it regulary in the mornings, (and when I remember in the evenings), my skin has improved.     I'm really no expert on this. But I will reccomend exfoliating the skin, (which is supposed to help,) and taking some time to pamper yourself. If it doesn't help the skin, at least the placebo effect of doing something for yourself should help. And don't kill yor skin with strong medicated...
