liners work well also. Putting them on the bottom of you dresser drawer prevents snagging on the bottom, plus many liners are fragranced, which can be a good thing as well:)
I just roll mine up in a ball until I need to wear them again.
I forget exactly what the technique is called, but you can get your hair thinned (I think by using a razor), maybe get it cut to shoulder length so that you can still put it up.
For having an updo and wearing a hat, I would suggest wearing your hair in a low bun, that way your hat will be able...
There is no easy way nor cure to escape the pain of death, but let yourself grieve. The warning that goes along with this, is not to let your grief consume you. When we are hurt, our natural tendency is to isolate ourselves. There are times that this may be necessessary, but never for long...
I only have about 4 dresses that I can truly call vintage, the majority is more on the modern side but, on a classic level. I tend not to have much luck finding anything I like at a vintage store so mainly, I keep my eyes out for anything that has the vintage 'feel' to it.
Are you looking for a vintage dress, or just any kind of a formal gown? Nordstrom's is a good place to find some nice dresses, though their selection IS a bit limited, but the last time I was looking through there I actually saw a few that looked vintage inspired. The local mall usually has...
Rented the movie, 'Harry and the Hendersen's' yesterday. Absolutely forgot all about it until I saw it, and loved it!
What are some other great 'older' family type movies?
Listening to the weather man (though, as you've probably figured it out, it's always a bit of a joke around here since they're usually ALWAYS wrong!) but, I guess today (tuesday) we're supposed to get some thunder and lightening...which is kind of cool, as long as you're inside!
In the movie...
Ah, don't think that! as long as the subject isn't about the 'unmentionables', guys are perfectly fine!
back to topic; also, don't wash your hair daily, wait at least a day, two is optimal when trying to get your hair back in shape. Also with the conditioning, I would use deep conditioning...
I've got nothing green either, but, problem easily solved! Since it's another beautiful sunny day outside, I'm making the most of it and doing yard work...so, the grass stains on my shoes will give me the Patricks day look:p
I've come to the conclusion that pink is just not my color! I've bought about 5 different shades and NONE look right on me. Brown-based colors seem to be the most complimentary. For any other blonde who's looking for a great lip gloss, I absolutely love the color of this; Cover Girl Wetslicks...
You mean you were a guitar player and you still didn't get the girls? Maybe you needed to get the whole long, flowing hair thing down, and leather pantslol
I hated dance lessons at school. Most of them were line dancing and square dancing (which still isn't 'my thing') I was always stuck with...
sting. Been listening to my cd A LOT lately. I've got my 6year old hooked on it, so it's been a battle of how gets what cd's in our players!:p That's my girl! We've also been singing back and forth to each other 'englishman in New York' :)
I read this in a different way. A lot of problems result from the parents not using common sense. Kids will be kids...some you CAN take anywhere without a problem, and then you have the loud type (of which I have one myself) where it's just best to get a sitter. It's not at all about keeping...
that would be strange! With prepping my gardens..I'm REALLY wanting to start planting! But what's great, is there's been two whole days of incredible weather over here...flowers are popping up everywhere...I just love it...it's so beautiful this time of year!!!!!
Deep condition it!!!!!!! You're hair is REALLY thirsty right now and it will just keep on breaking off if it's not dealt with!
I love Sally beauty supplies stuff as well. Cholesterol works great as well as this stuff called 'bone marrow' Leave this stuff on for as long as 30min. You'll see...
I can see with boys that it might be a bit trickier getting them excited about dance lessons! I know locally there are a few swing dance places, if you found some around where you live, you can take your boy there and as the term goes, put the carrot in front of the mule.....seeing some cute...
I know from experience that learning to dance can be very useful and I highly encourage this in my girls (though they each take a different interest, ex. tap, ballet, ect.).
Learning dance moves can be great for teaching proper posture and is great for balance and coodination, and in many ways...
Ouch indeed! I actually cringed when reading this! You may also want to try wide width shoes.
For blood and other stains, I absolutely love these two products; tide stain stick and naptha bar.
Archie; lol Well, I guess if it works for you! I usually have to go to these things alone so all the responsibility is on ME! Besides, I like to be part of the whole action!
drunks; I get such a crack out of them. Especially on the dance floor!
