Said I was done..but a Battered Tan Teamster pulled me back in...
That is a lovely jacket, very good fit, what is the shoulder size of a 38, I'am thinking about ordering a teamster. I've got a HWM and a Hercules in size 40, I am a bit worried about the size 38 schoulder measurement- Robson

My wintercoat is a Hercules with alpaca lining. Shoulders are 19" no problems there, I could fit a 38 but its not comfortable to me, I tried the 38 when I was in a shop in Germany but I like a bit of room to move and I want to be able to layer shirts when the weather gets cold. I also have a tapered MWM I am chest 40" and my HWM is size 40 tapered to 38 with zipped sleeves FQHH . The taper works very well my waist is 34" I am 6 ft and the back of my jacket is 27" I am very pleased with the result- Robson
