Levis Cone Mill Jeans, how much shrinkage to expect?
Ian, thanks for answering. Levis has farther confused me by saying in an email in response to this same question that their vintage line 501's will not shrink any differently from their other jeans, basically about 1/4 in. Levis Cone Mill Jeans, how much shrinkage to expect?
Hey All! Thinking about buying a few pairs of Levis rigid cone mill selvage jeans, and was wondering how much shrinkage to expect? I normally wear 30x32, so I just don't know how much larger I need to go. When I bought rigid Wranglers it seems like I went with 32X34. Thanks!- Atterbury Dodd

Hey Everybody! Just finished cleaning/oiling and replacing the drawstring on a 1930's Royal portable typewriter. Everything is working great, but the platen is a bit hard. Brad, that makes sense. I didn't think of that. It would be hard to patent something so basic. I believe there was some historic information on the development of the round/medium/long oval system though. Just a few things to add to the discussion... The jacket is tight on me, this suit is a little small, so as someone said before, that effects how the lapels look a little bit. Also, I just had it drycleaned and the cleaner didn't know to press the sleaves crisply, so there's less crease in them...- Atterbury Dodd
