Realized that I made two pairs of jeans just in time for the mid 80 degree weather, so I made some shorts. I like that they are long and again the high waist is nice. :D I like this pattern it's pretty easy to work from.- SheBear74

Feels like fancy dress.......
I guess when I think vintage I don't think long skirts. I am not completely true to each decade and do mix it up a bit. I never wear long skirts only because they make me look short. My husband did laugh the first time he saw me sporting rolls but only because it was so different. lol I... -

It took me a little while to get used to it. At first I felt a bit over dressed wearing dresses and flowers in my hair to help volunteer with the other "band moms" but now I don't even think twice. I think they almost expect it of me. lol I also don't think twice about getting "dressed up"... -

My Father in-law gave us this beautiful radio. I think he said it was from 46. My husband plugged his phone into it and streamed music through which I thought was a fun play on new meets old. That radio sounds amazing! -

I am torn! lol I really like having them but I am loving the rolls in front. I am going to grow them out longer and see if there is anyway I can have the best of both worlds. -
