Thanks :D I used Simplicity 7780 it's a 1968 pattern that a friend gave me. I changed the collar and added detail on sleeve. The second one that I am making I am adding 2" to the bottom so it stays tucked in a little better.- SheBear74

Kamikat, that's super cute and I looooove your shoes!!!! I am making up a few shirts to wear while working as my husbands photographer's assistant. He was thinking polos, lol, yeah right! I just have to get the logo embroidered on the front and make a skirt to go with it. ;)- SheBear74

The Middy Thread
I found it to be pretty simple. :) I do have to admit when I went to trim my hair this last time I kinda cheated. I put my hair in just one pony tail almost on top of my head and cut off about 1.5 inches. Then I let it down and shaped the bottom from there. :D -

I am not happy with the way the is pattern done. I am working on a third dress trying to see if I an finally get the fit right. I doubt I will but after this next one I am putting the pattern away. lol- SheBear74

All I could think to do was put in side darts. I need to some adjusting to the top of this one for sure. I notice that the white band is straight and has no curve to it so I think I will try tweeking that part first. :P I saw this floral fabric yesterday and had to buy it. The flower...- SheBear74

I am doing another dress from this pattern. I did everything according to the instructions and the white band is still kinda sticking out under the arms. :P I will finish the dress up and post a pic. Maybe you ladies can help me figure out how to tweek it?- SheBear74
