A side by side picture of my Mom and I. She was 18 years old at the time and I am, eh hem, a lot older than that now. lol After I posted the picture she told me how she used to do her hair. She basically teased it to the point of it all standing on end. Then combed it into submission. ;)... -

I agree! I would love to see women start wearing hats more. I think I have shyed away simply because I am not always sure how to wear them. I may have to start wearing them more, which in Florida would make sense. ;)- SheBear74

I can only speak for myself. I use hot rollers and curl the top toward the back, then the sides and back down. I usually wear my hair in rolls and up but I find this is my go to set. -

Went in for a touch up and my stylist added a bit more red. I think I may take the leap and do mostly red with a few dark streaks. :) -
High Waisted Pants & Jeans!
I love Simplicity pattern 2654 for high waisted pants, skirts and shorts. :) I have made this pattern many times and love it. These are the shorts. You could add loops for a belt easy enough.- SheBear74
