Just finished Darwyn Cooke's two graphic adaptations of the Parker novels by Richard Stark.
The first two novels, 'The Hunter' and 'The Outfit' are set in the early 60's.
Thes graphic novels are extremely well illustrated, and I recommend them.

My new (old) Stetson Medallist arrived today.
The box was clearly marked fragile, and it looks like the postal service(s) really rose to the challenge. They won.
The fibres (straw?) are not damaged, but the hat looks like its been sat on - for a long time.
How do I get shape back into...
I guess it figures, all the tube sets I have seen lately have flat screens.

Way back in the 60's after they closed the Lake Boga seaplane base there was a local bloke who made fences for his property out of PBY wings. That was striking.
I'm not sure I would look windswept and interesting enough for this stuff, and my rocket backpack is on the blink:p.
