    No problem at all so far! And yes, I never had any issue mixing brown and black, as long as the belt is matching the shoes, and that there's more brown than black. But yeah, I know some people are dead against it, never understood why!

    I finally brought out the cook book I got when we sorted out my deceased grand mother's stuff. Spent all morning cooking, gratin roast veal, Roquefort bechamel, glazed carrots with orange and whisky and "pommes dauphines". Way worth the amount of time in the kitchen!

    It looks stunning! I have the same question as Edwards, though. The leather seems more "broken" than the one used by Aero, for example. Is it because John is somewhat altering it, or is it a characteristic of the leather he is using, plain and simple?
