I'd have to agree, the Doc Martin's are great for all day on your feet, but they don't dress up very well. Oh well, could be worse, he could have worn flip flops. So the Doc's aren't that bad.
Now that bandana on the wrist was 80's stoner thing, not too sure about it though because it covers up...
And the Whippet gets a quepie doll! Looks like the popular consensus agrees.
Yes Matt I fully agree, now only if we could get a few more classy stars to wear a good looking lid or two... Well, then again I do like being a bit of a minority in this matter so I guess they don't need to promote...
A world made of Nerf
Sooner or later we'll be living in a Nerf world. We won't have to learn from our mistakes because we won't be allowed to get hurt. If you get injured they'll put you in a rubber anti gravity room for your own protection.:rage:
I remember my kindergarten...
So far I haven't heard any of the negative. I usually get complimented on how much better I'm dressing and how sharp it looks. Most everyone I meet loves my hats and the rest either don't notice or they just don't comment. My style is a little more relaxed right now with summer so its camp...
Judging by the little hole at the peak of the pinch on the crown I'd say you'd win that wager. Looks like it has seen better days but it still looks better than what most folks wear out there. Fedora Loungers & COW's excluded.;)
Cheers!

Not being an expert on such matter I thought I'd confer with those in the know. What style of trousers are these? They look similar to the ones that was with his Bold Suit but not as long and baggy. I guess they may be new but they could also be vintage. Are they a European style maybe? My guess...
Here are some shots from the POTC Dead Man's Chest premier at Disneyland showing the grey/tan fedora.
Looks to be an old Borsalino, but maybe one of our resident experts can chime in and let us know what they think it may be. I suppose it could also be an Adam or a Lee, or even...
Welcome Shanghai!
Yep, I'd say that looks a lot like the Gus hat with a pencil roll brim. As far as Heck's hat it looks like a gambler with a cut down brim. You may be able to get both a Jackson Hole Hat Company. Not only do they have their catalog variety they will also do custom hats apon...
No problem RK. I used to live in Minden and frequent Virginia City often. There is a great burger joint just across the street and a vintage candy & sign store there as well. Mostly tourist stuff, but there is some good stuff there if you know what to look for.
Cheers!

That's what I thought.:( Thanks Matt. I've been looking for one on "E" but if I find my size I usually get hosed at the final bid. Must be plenty of bowler lovers out there to have such bidding wars out there.[huh]
Cheers!
Dan
Hey Reno Kid,
If you get the chance take a trip over to Virginia City. There are a couple of good hat shops there. One of them is called The Red Garter. They even do sone minor re-shaping there if you need it. Figure it's a short drive to see what they have. The other shop I can't seem to...
