This IS a cool hat. It looks like it MAY have been made by Champ. In the champ thread several of the 2 inch brim OR clones are talked about including the model...
The women in the uniforms look like some sort of socialist or communist group as was common for the time....especially if May Day.

I know......it is driving me nuts.......I cannot find it. This one has a custom lining for the National Actioneers Association which further confounds the issue......but.....I hope someone recognizes the blocking tag......
