One of my better yard sale finds. It is a Shultz and Larson RPLT. I bought it for $15.00 It needed a lot of cleaning and oiling. I am no expert but my guess would be early 80s. The model tag looks like one in a Resistol that I have, that is definitely late seventies, early eighties.
