    Several of my pairs of riding gloves with CE ratings, from A-Stars, Ixon etc, have velcro cuff fastenings. So I guess they must be considered safe.

    Superdry cross zip again. After wearing it for for a walk with Mrs Barnabus at the weekend when it poured with rain and we got soaked, the sleeves on this seem to have gone berserk. (Apologies for the horrible fleece again but I'm in the workshop today)

    Superdry again, and out hiking in the woods again. Excellent fit over what proved to be an unwisely-chosen thick sweater, as of course after a few miles at a decent pace in warming up conditions, I was too hot.
