Shinki vs Langlitz Horsehide
So that's around $2500 for a base model horse Langlitz, that's definitely up there... That's more expensive than a CXL Vanson, which i would probably put on the same kind of level.- Carlos840

Who is the expert here on buying jackets from Japan?
Just FYI i have used buyee around 25 times over the years, a lot of japanese vases and instruments and have never had a problem with them. Everything always arrived quickly and always incredibly well packaged. (seriously, they take packing to another level even without using the repackaging...- Carlos840

No leather jacket worth that price will be UK made IMO. These are just another mass produced imported cheap crap... If you are set on buying a cheap mall jacket why don't you just go to your local "leather area"? In London for example you would find hundreds of jackets like that in Brick Lane...- Carlos840

This has been my experience. I bought a San Mateo from Mirror Ball in japan, they recommended i order the same size as my LaBrea (42) saying it would fit the same. Define "best leather quality". I currently have around 25 leather jackets and i couldn't tell you which one has the best leather quality. I know some have characteristics that i prefer, but that doesn't make them better quality leather...- Carlos840

The correct TFL thing to do would be to keep both, the Beck to layer, the Himel to wear over a shirt. And then one is black and one is brown, they are basically completely different jackets and you need both!- Carlos840

They do, that's why i like to take a picture both open and closed in my reviews. I think it helps judge the fit better. Do You Wear a Sam Browne / Duty Belt with Your Motorcycle Jacket?
Not front brake? Trying to stop that thing with only a rear brake must be pretty intense! At least if you can't stop in time the sword will probably cut your femoral artery open as you crash and give you a quick death... Looks great though.- Carlos840
