Good day fellow adventurers.
I seek advice and ideas for a small aesthetic issue I have.
I bought a side/bum/fanny bag in China, while not vintage I thought it fitted my adventure gear quite well. However, it has a hideous, plastic buckle that I find spoils the look. I intend to replace...
1) Red, White and Blue bunting.
2) tape on the windows gives a period war time feel (although I guess this never happened in the USA)
3) Jelly or Blancmange (Not sure what you would call the British Jelly in the USA as we would call your Jelly, Jam)
Sadly, we are not blessed with beautiful Maples you have in the USA but I do love the fall. While not as impressive as New England I do think our Beech trees have a certain beauty with their colour. I am biased to classic English chalk downland though ;-)
Apologies for the camera shake...

Boss Spearman
Well, the western hat I want is the "Boss Spearman"
From "The Last Best West"
I don't think they sell boring hat's, however, they are custom made so I guess I have to agree with you there Matt, as any other western hats I seem to see all look the same apart from...
