This one is my every-day hat that I had Art resurect. It has worked with a Carhartt jacket, a tweed outfit and one of my brocade vested outfits at Christmas. Blue jeans to linen trousers. It has been a very versatile hat to have.
Cheers!

Advertised as a Whippet. Well at least it looks like one even if it isn't marked as such. I know we've discussed the symantics of the labeling so we won't have to do that again here. This will be just a showcase of Whippet or Whippet-like hats in their varying colors, shapes & sizes.

My cousin sent me this one and it's just too fun not to share. How many of these things do you remember? You'll need sound for this to get the full enjoyment.
Do you remember these?
Cheers!

You lucky dog...
Very nice catch! It looks like you got the hard to find Officers Pinks summer crusher cap. I'd say you got it a fabulous price, especially since it is your size to boot. Congratulations!:eusa_clap
Cheers!

:eusa_doh: I missed out on this one. Got outbid, but I though I should share this one because it was such a nice looking lid. I sure would have like to get this one though. It has a very interesting ribbon on it.

Cheers!

Here's an odd one I got from OFAS a little while back.

In any case, it should be fun to wear at Disneyland. :)
Cheers!

First off, welcome to the Lounge Fred! Secondly, I've found that the leather cleaners you can get from Boot Barn or any western & tack shop will work on the leather sweatband. After the cleaning just moisturize it with Lexol or Picards occasionally to keep it from drying out. I had gotten motor...
Wow! That is one sharp looking hat there Marc. Would the photo of you wearing it be a closer color to the real deal? I like the blueish hue to the grey in that shot.:eusa_clap
Dinerman: I can't wait to see what you got, the e-bay photo doesn't seem to do it any justice...

:offtopic: Back in my days as a Marine Sniper, the main weapon I trained and worked with was the variant of the Model 700 varminter .308 caliber. But we had to also train on a variety of other weapons to basically be able to pick up most weapons and do the job we're trained for. This included...
