Thank you everyone for your input.
Although most of you were positive about the fit it just wasn't right for me.
I don't think i would have ever worn it feeling good about it.
It should be on it's way tomorrow to it's new owner...
I have thought about getting a C3 shearling vest for a while to wear underneath a leather jacket.
Problem is it never gets cold enough for me to need it...
This has you written all over it as well:

This new seller on eBay has a bunch of nice things at what seems to be very reasonable prices, you guys should check...
I know, it's definitely not as good a fit as yours, the one that got me to put the deposit down in the first place, the one i was dreaming about...
I agree with you, it's too big.
It's ironic, as a 90s kid i spent a good 10 years of my life wearing stuff that was at least one size too big for me, now i really struggle with that.
@ton312 it definitely feels too big compared to what i would have wanted had i gone through with the order. It feels like it fits like an off...
It's not "mine" it's the one Terry sold a few weeks ago, it went to another member who offered it to me.
Unfortunately the numbers where not as expected and it is too big...
I am not usually one to ask for fit advice, but the fact that i waited almost 4 years for this jacket means i am really struggling to be objective...
The upper chest and arms look good, but the stomach area feels like a bag.
When i wear it it feels too big, but seeing the pictures it looks kinda...
Bonus footage:
Here are pictures of a mid 60s well worn in Cascade to compare new vs worn leather, it is just as comfortable, if anything it feels like the same base pattern in the chest/shoulders area, but modified to remove the collar and the laced bottom.

First, thank you @JMax for proxying this jacket to me! I really appreciate it.
For some reason we don't see many Langlitz jackets around here and i think it is a shame.
In a way i understand why, they have a very strong look/style, there are hundreds of different cross-zips and cafe racers that...
A very good machinist should be able to change the zipper leaving zero trace, going through the same holes as the ones created when the original zipper was stitched in and do an almost invisible zipper change.
The problem arises when a not so good machinist tries that, and leaves empty stitch...
Man, if this was 2" longer in body and still had the side straps it would be an insta buy it now for me.
Unfortunately i am 99% sure that it would be too short, does the thickness of the shearling make it feel even shorter than it really is? I would imagine that it sits higher on the shoulders...
Agreed, the teeth look badly spaced, changing the slider won't make a difference.
Considering this is a riveted zipper i wonder how easy it is to change without visible signs of the surgery?
If you were in the EU i would say send it back and ask for a remake as you received a defective product...
I agree with that reasoning, originally i thought the bicep pockets where a bit much, but if they serve a function to you who am i to tell you to remove them.
I wouldn't want them on my jacket, but if they work for you keep them.
