I'd always been under the same impression as Spitfire as to the rules in the Observation Bar. It seems that there have been numerous threads since I've been on the Lounge that would not pass the rules of the Lounge if we were always and only "strictly vintage".

That's interesting you should say that, metropd. I feel that under other circumstances, I could enjoy a trade in hat making, or watch repair. It seems like that life could be less hectic and stressful than that of an investigator.
I guess I just always figured most of the hats Bogey wore in his movies were either grey or black in color. Maybe that's true, or maybe I'm just naive.
