    As far as I know they heat them up. The plastic expands and they pop in the lenses and when the frames are cooled down, the lenses stay put.

    The ones in my picture are prescibed sunglasses. I found the Shuron frames so cheap - compared to danish prices that is - so I bought two pairs. The expensive thing were the glasses - but I had one pair as sunglasses and the other as ordinary prescribed.
