Add bed ($25 and up), crate (a must) ($50 and up), training collar ($5), regular collar ($12-20), leash ($20), bowls, ($10), Toys ($??), nail clippers ($10), files ($10), shampoo ($5 and up)...
The eleven bulldogs I've owned have been very hardy.
That said, One gets a dog for what it can bring to your life and vice-versa. Cost (unless you're looking at getting a poodle and planning a constant show clip) should be down the list of factors in the decision.
That That said...
When I moved a couple of years ago, I dropped TV watching altogether. I miss being able to watch Mad Men, Boardwalk Empire, TCM. But are those things worth the $80/mo? Nope. So no TV and I won't get it again unless I get a roommate who can't live without it.
An extraordinary jacket both to find and to own. Congratulations. And as always, thank you for being so generous with your time, photos, and knowledge!
Unlined Jacket. Fits with RH's new look: Belgian Prison Camp Chic. All the catalogue images look like they dragged out the concentration camp inmates, hosed the place down and brought in the stuff for the photo shoot.
Watch eBay for the Old Navy one. I bought one a good ten years ago and have worn the heck out of it. It isn't wool, it isn't accurate, but it IS warm and it looks good and I bought the dumb thing for $20 on clearance.
