I have two older LW jackets and they are indeed teacore, or more precisely the hides were not tumble dyed long enough to achieve 100% dye penetration.
It's not like a "teacore" where a thin top coat of black is applied to a lighter hide, it's just that the dye didn't penetrate to the central 1/3...
The collar of the Eastman is much nicer than the Nebraska.
For some reason the Nebraska collar always crumples on itself instead of maintaining a circular neckline.
I have two of these, recommende by @Mysteryo a while back, great belt for the money.

I agree that i would not call any of the above a "blouson", to me a blouson has that classic A-2 muffin top look...
Have you considered the Lewis Leathers Dominator or Corsair, they seem to also fit the bil.
Out of the three you have selected my vote goes for the Highway star if it works out...
Seeing the floor pics it looked really square and boxy, but i think overall it's a pretty good fit, it looks good, the leather looks great.
I like the length too, but i like my jackets short.
You did good!
That was my first thought too, i vote possible Golden Bear.
Saying that, they usually have a different ticket pocket...

Have a look at my database, i have many cross zips on there:

If i understand what you are asking properly, i would say that different cross zips fall differently when open depending on design.
Some like the Lost Worlds...
My first Aero was a stripped down Aviator style D-pocket:
I asked for that specific D-pocket, a double back yoke, no chest pocket and no zipper on the handwarmer.
IMO it looks nicer than the Ridley wich i think fails to capture the J-24 vibe fully.
If you want a "real" J-24 there are other...
I have to say this is impressive.
That jacket with a Sunburst back similar to the one @handymike posted yesterday might be my first 5 star trial run...
Thank you.
I do have the fuzzy collar, but it is a bit thin compared to my other LW collars.
I could use the super thick curly collar from my J-23 but not all the snaps aligne with each other.
Honestly, that beast is already pretty tame, i can tell it came from the old "forever new" leather LW...
Thanks.
It's funny, when i tried your J-24 during the first meet up (2017?) i instantly fell in love with the LW vibe, but in my mind the J-24 was far too "out there" and i would never have seen myself wearing one.
Nowadays i would wear this jacket anywhere without even thinking about it!
I...
Test fit shots of @oneterrifichog's J-24 i received yesterday. (Thank you.)
Really a great jacket, i actually think it is the nicest of all my LW jackets!
The leather is the OG recipe before Stuart changed to the new and improved "easy break in" recipe.
It is super tough, much more dense than...
Dude, you should charge a consultant fee, the two models you have designed are the two best models they have!
They are also the only two models they sell that look like they were shaped on a human body rather than on a giant square.
The side straps should be there to fine tune the taper, not create it.
You can't use straps to make up for 2" of exces leather, it just doesn't work that way.
22" bottom hem on a size 38 is madness, no wonder it looks like a tent!
I am a size 42 chest and 33 waist and would aim for 22.5-23.5" chest and 19.5-20.5" bottom hem measured like you did.
I was thinking that too, the way the chest pocket piping is still 100% black but above and below is worn through the finish doesn't make sens to me.
Can't believe someone would take a sander to a LW!
