Cool video, thanks for sharing! I had a rough idea of how putting together a radio show worked on the production stage, but had no idea the number of people involved running back and forth for all the different sound effects. I'd love to see some videos like this of some of my favorite...
I agree about that being unacceptable...that's a bummer. Maybe some of the other Loungers with Nostalgias can step in and offer their experiences with the hats in rain up to this point...is it possible yours is just a lemon? [huh]
Hope you can get it straightened out (literally, or refund...
Now there is a concept: polarization amongst us fedora wearers. Next thing you know, the pin and feather wearers will unite against the "bare ribbon" wearers and start a war. Why can't we all just get along? :D
Bob, those hats are amazing! I'm having a hard time deciding which one I like the best. The ribbon on the black one is very unique and sharp, and the silverbelly is gorgeous in its own right. Awesome hats! :eusa_clap
I am also curious to know. While I wasn't planning on buying a Nostalgia anytime soon, I was under the impression from other Loungers that as a modern production hat, the Nostalgia was a good, quality buy.
Wow! My jaw dropped when I read that. I'm really curious as to why that woman feels the way she does and how your wearing of a fedora played into it. Still, you did the right thing walking away; you did our generation proud! ;)

Pardon the semi-bad photo, but you can get...
The catch for me is that most of the pictures I use for my avatars are photos I've taken of myself. When I take pictures of myself, its very hard to get me to smile on command and it ends up looking quirky and fake. Really, the only time anyone can catch a real smile out of me is when I don't...
Pretty much. When I was in high school, I wore a modern Fossil pocket watch for a few years that had the same type of belt clip. However, since then, I've grown accustomed to chains with the more circular clip and spring-loaded opening (I don't know how else to describe that one).
I used to fall into the "babying" category. That was back when I was relatively new to fedoras, and figured they were much more fragile than baseball caps. That may have had something to do with the fact that I only owned one wool cheapie fedora at the time...certainly nothing of superior...
I would also like to throw in my thanks to the bartenders and to the other members of the Lounge. I only visit two forums online, and of the two, this is the one I post on much more often. I think the combined interest of the bartenders and all the other members makes this place so great. I...
