    Definitely Zips instead of laces. Never liked the lace look and these are immediately adjustable. The side zips give allowance for comfort on the motorcycle and are a substitute for have the front zipper stop well before the bottom hem. But that looks cool to me too.

    Sent in measurements, and conferred with langlitz when I had any questions or doubt. Frankly, I was worried and did not think it would turn out as good but I have zero complaints and am completely thrilled with the results.

    I actually have a sample of Langlitz heavy brown cowhide. I have never seen or heard about leather this thick. Ridiculous actually.

    My modified Sidewinder just arrived. Great smelling leather. Stunning feel and look to the mid weight black cowhide. The jacket weighs in at just over 8 pounds. Heavy and as thick as Lost World's 4oz plus horse and Aero's 4oz Steer but is more supple to the touch. No flaws in the leather. Smooth...

    Langlitz Cascade (Two of them!)

    Of all jackets I have had- Schott, Aero, Thedi, and Lost World's; Langlitz provides the best in all the categories I was looking for. Getting a very custom fit also contributes to bias!! All the others were outstanding in their own way.

    Thank you. I have a mid weight sidewinder with cossack collar on the way and the listed shipment weight is 9 pounds. Maybe that also includes the Langlitz hide conditioners though..
