Put my Campdraft Deluxe in an arena crease, top row 4th from left http://www.hatdoctor.com/styles.html gives it more of a western flair like original Open Roads...
You need to blow up that center photo to get a clearer look at the crest on the liner....does not look like Stetson or Resistol as large as I can get it to magnify...
Campdrafts are running about $82 now at EA. This is basically the vintage Open Road. You can crease it as you like...

Strats are typically tone on tone. Not sure I've seen an original that had contrasting hatband....

My personal preference is to not have the inner dome rise above the sides of the crease when viewing from a profile.
CD's have lots of crown to work with & as long as you don't pinch it in too tight can take lots of creasing...
Usual answer = depends.
In pristine condition, the sky is the limit especially if you have a case to go with it with the plastic holders & keys.
I wouldn't part with mine for less than $750 as a set.
You may be able to piece a set together for less.
