Those Whites look awesome. Too bad for be about the fit. I need a low instep and narrow shaft. Haven’t found an engineer that works for me yet. Strangely I have 2 pair of Ropers that do not have a strap and they fit perfectly.
Front looks really good to me. BL is always the measurement I care least about. Why? Because I never see it. That said you wouldn’t have started the thread if you weren’t unhappy. Double check what you sent 5* vs what you received. If it’s off start a dialogue.

i went there 2 weeks ago for a 118 try on. Mild blend carries Schott now but not the 118. i scored one on ebay. I have bought boots and hats from alcalas before. Best sign in town. Hancock building in the lower left.
^100%. It’s the problem with the entire “work wear” trend. Obsess over clean lines and perfect exotic materials assembled by master craftsmen when the originals were assembled using every last scrap and in many cases assembled by people with a few months on the job.
