I think the fit looks good. A trim A2 can look good but feels like a straight jacket to me. Since you have experience though you do know what you like. I think the advise to try different layers could be prudent depending on where you live. The A2 maker/contract matrix may be the most difficult...
I don’t think there is a problem if they want to market themselves in a position following latest trends. I just don’t think they came out of the gate that way. Not sure how it works abroad , but who would their target audience be? No kid under 21 is dropping $2k on a leather jacket around here.
I was game for a try, but any company that only manages 1 picture of the jacket in this day and age isn’t worth my trust. I mean really, no one’s 12 year old nephew wants to make $20 to improve the site?

Well, there are a few ad hominems but pIg pile might be the wrong term. My point was the OP is just one side of the story which in the past has turned out to be just that.
Fwiw I remember several of these pig pile threads. Pretty much one from every maker. Not calling anybody out but I also remember nearly as many threads where the OP was at the very least based upon a one sided perception of events.
It is marketing. Social media allows for free advertising. Make a product and put up cool photos creating an imagined lifestyle. Be sure to use the word artisan.
