Just a few shots showing the completed project. First time sewing in an unreeded sweatband and some of the stitches are slightly irregular but close enough for this old hillbilly. Lol. -

This morning I'm wearing this Mallory fedora that came to me with the sweatband intact but not sewn into the hat anymore due to rotted threads. Luckily for me the sweatband itself was in good shape and I was able to sew it back in making this old hat usable once again. Not bad for a 29.00... -
