Looks great. The LW Ryder is one of my favorite styles. The dual chest pockets make it look like a Suburban from the front but I do know that the Suburban has a boxier cut. The Ryder is a bit more form fitting, which I prefer.

My cafe racer was deliberately speced shorter because I wanted it to feel a certain way sitting down, i.e. perfect fit. It probably looks 1" short standing up but I am not a fan of a jacket jabbing me in the neck or thighs when I'm riding.

I've had good luck with Minsky Tailors/Alterations on Arapaho in Addison. They modify leather jackets (mostly moto) and actually offer an A-2 knit repair and replacement service so there's a fair chance they might work for you.
