honestly, if i keep it, it'll probably get a replacement sweat. dont want to chance this one.. it fits as a 7 1/8, and fits me perfectly
Color somewhat resembles the "college" hat to the right on the ad

its possible that the hat lost the ribbon and liner and went in for a replacement, hence the replacement liner?
I'm really enjoying the lines of it. just gave it a good brushing and dusting

c.1940s (?) Does not have the original liner, and sweat is extremely fragile in spots. Hat is unreeded, and carries a rae edge. The stetson crest has the stars instead of the 50s leaf.
The felt color is a light olive green, with a grey/green ribbon & bow.
This is the first playboy I've handled...
Playboy. seller didn't really know the size, but it was a screaming deal. sad the original liner isn't intact but the sweat bares the stars instead of the leaf meaning it could be a 40s Hat. I'll know more when it shows up

wonderful start to this monday morning, my friends. Each hat is spectacular

continuing with this much needed cooler weather trend we've acquired sometime last week, I'm wearing my c.1930s Stetson Stetsonian Featherweight and a vintage overcoat from probably the 30s timeframe until it warms...
