    Here is mine, it was originally made for someone who is 6'5" and i am only 6'2", so it is a bit long for me. One of my comfiest jacket, the range of motion is insane considering there are no gussets, no action backs, nothing. It feels like wearing a leather shirt.

    It has three shifters. The big one is the regulr shifter, the top small one is to lock the central differential, the bottom small one is the hi-low gear. You really only use the two small ones when driving in fields and woods, they cannot be used on paved roads.

    Only useful thing i can add is that this kind of fabric is called "dogtooth" or "houndtooth" pattern. It looks like avery nice coat, fits you really well.
