Got another hatshaper and need help!
Teardrop blocks are mostly (if not exclusively) used for panamas and westerns. The great thing about felt is that you can crease it with your hand. I've used a panama block on felt before, blocking in wet. I also have a tipper, though, which forms the teardrop from the outside pressing in. hmm... -

How to travel with hats
I've done it. Got to be careful as one of the hats has to fit inside the crown of the other and the ribbon could get wrinkles if it's too tight. -

Smallest grit sandpaper. Lightly sand with the grain, even pressure. Don't use any blade, ever. -
