Brim edge, naked or covered?
Interesting... not for me, I have six Borsalini from 40s-late50s in the mix, all raw edge. 2 Knox, 30s'40s respectively also raw edge. Cavanagh edge, now those I find harder to fish. -

Gotcha. I always thought of cav edges as felted edges rather than welted (welted being folded and sewn). -

cav edges don't have stitches, ever. the whole thing is felted/pressed in shape form the get go. -

Nice indeed! Man, not to brag about this but around here I'm the gray hat man ;) you can rock that on with navy blue, dark gray, jeans and black. Gray is so versatile and adds a nice contrast to what you wear. -
