Hey folks, thanks for the follow up so far...
I will certainly check this out, appreciate the links provided...
I have to wonder if that may have been this passenger's experance on the flight as well!! :)
Found something else in this jacket....
Even better, this jacket tells a lot of stories, both more recent as well as from 80+ years back. In the Left Hand pocket there was a flight ticket with a name "Randall Boe" written on one side. A bit confused by the date of it. There in an...
Yesturday I was visiting a town an hour or so away and went into one of those cool "vintage" shops, you know the ones that only seem to have records, soda machines and maybe a mid '70's Graius leather jacket. Well that was not the case here.
They only had one leather jacket and it's the one...

Catch & Release. Just not going to work as I really am not riding anymore. Very Short front torso - please note the dimensions here. This is old-school Competetion Weight Cowhide, in great shape with no funky odors, tears, stiching issues, etc. I purchased from the original owner, who stated...
These came with a jacket I bought. Nice, clean and with what appears to be little use. Velcro on/off. lining is clean, no odors, scuffs or scrapes. Could use a little oil on the black leather. Marked EU-45 which should be close to 11.5 US - but they are much too small for me, so I am...
if in the US - talk with Dena at Great Leather @iknowleather
*She can do repairs / modifications worldwide too*
She is on here too. She can indeed work magic and has done it many times. The waist adjusters would be easy, but she may also have options for the CR. https://www.greatleather.com/...
I was considering saying send the CR back, then I re-read your post and you indicated: Again this doesn’t bother me at all but it’s a bit big on me on the shoulder and upper arms. With the discount this jacket was 468USD. (This was the CR)
Shipping it back along woud likely cost you $85 (if...
I'd stick with regular CXL for the "Experance" Good things come to those who are patient (and proactive). Like Too Many said, proactive wearing in (air conditioned) buidlings through the summer really helps.
This very recent aquisition, also through Carrie, is CXL FQHH and will be taking me...
Wow - that HD is a Harley jacket I could sport for sure! Really like it there and glad you got one Carlos...
Ths asking price of $829 is exceptional as well...
Definetly taking the photo quality level up several notches here! Such perfect lighting - note the lower snaps in the "darkest" part of the photo yet just perfectly, lightly illuminated! Man oh man, I need to pull my Ridley out and experament a bit. Really cool jacket and photo there...and...
Not sure about the IR referance, as there appear to be many differances to what I have on my back as I type this. However the back of the jacket is similar.
Not a huge fan of this particular style (Cycle King) with the "patch" style pockets overall. Perhaps it may grow on me at some point.
^^ Reccommned trying on jackets made of each type of leather. Will tell you much more than us trying to on here.
When I was first introduced to Aero, in Thurston's former brick and mortor store in Seattle, I became aware of very subtle but meaningful differances between Steerhide and FQHH. My...
