Yes, that's a trojan, i was wondering about a vintage Spartan...
I have seen modern ones like this:

But never a vintage Spartan with the label similar to the Trojan you posted.
If you look at the FW...
IMO the bottom overhang on the cafe racer is far more noticeable and displeasing than the slight rounded shoulder the 21" shoulders give you.
That's why i care so much about bottom hem and so little about shoulder width.
I'm really happy to read this!
I always thought it was a shame that all your jackets still looked so new.
Enjoy the break in, get some water involved, enjoy the insanity...
Hi,
For me the most important measurements are the pit to pit and the bottom hem.
I am very V shaped, so i need to know if the jacket will be a bag on me before anything else.
I have 42" chest, 33" waist, i like 22.5" pit to pit, i know from experience that i can wear anything from 21.5" to...
Top tip, keep your house at a lower temperature and wear jackets indoors.
Everyday is a jacket day!
Seriously though, even if i don't leave the house i usually wear at least two different jackets for a couple hours each daily.
Definitely not too small, if anything it's one size too big.
Maybe you are experiencing the "too small and too big at the same time Aero fit" that i usually experience.
That looks great, nailed it.
Like you i wondered about the "Spartan Leather Sportwear" brand.
The best explanation i can come up with is:
That brand never actually existed but is inspired by "Trojan Leather Sportswear" which actually did...
1: Stuart changed the recipe a few years ago, 2-3 sounds about right.
The two jackets i posted above are from the new recipe, i also own jackets that are made from old recipe leather and the difference is not huge.
Stuart says the break in is a bit faster, but that the end result is almost the...
I currently own 12 Lost Worlds and 1 Johnson, i like them both.
I disagree that Johnson Leathers makes superior jackets to LW, IMO they are both very good jackets.
Johnson is very good at copying things, i personally think their house models are bland and uninterresting.
One could argue the same...
Mine is a Medium, same as what i wear in the commando.
The HD is IMO a better pattern than the commando, it is shorter, has better shaped sleeves, i find it more comfortable.
The patch pockets on this jacket are pretty useless, you can fit a phone in them, or flat things.
They look cool but...
@Monitor, as promised here are the fit pics.
It's weird, i have gotten more remarks about that vest than any of my leather jackets.
Everybody i know calls it a "strong look" (whatever than means) and my GF hates it more than anythign else.
I really like wearing it inside, it's like a leather...
Cheeky fit pics, just took these, struggled with harsh light and can't use lightroom anymore, pics aren't the best...
It's really a cool jacket, it has a bit of a bell shape when worn open which some people can't deal with, i don't mind.
My Vanson Cycle king was made with what was left of the last batch of X-150.
They have changed supplier since and i have no idea what their current X is like.
I really hope it hasn't gone the same way the Comp Weight has gone...
The Cycle king really is a super Vanson too, i probably even like...
