Why should my new B3 be stored laying flat and not hanging, can someone explain this?

I don't get creases from flat storage. I even fold them sometimes like a sweater if I'm short on space.

Why should my new B3 be stored laying flat and not hanging, can someone explain this?

Aero are correct in their advice to you. Sheepskin is heavy but also relatively weak in comparison to horse hide. Over time the shoulders will stretch and could eventually tear due to the stresses of being on a hanger where all the load is on a small area of contact. I have modified my...

There is no comparison between the two on authenticity, customer service and quality. Aero wins every time. An example. Ask for some samples ? Aero will send good size pieces 4 x 4 inches or postcard sized. Cirrus will send you a postage stamp ! Go for Aero.

Out of all the current B3 manufacturers, whos shearling wool is the thickest/longest?

Looks as dense as any of mine. Interestingly The' Few ' use British skins now for some of their jackets.

Out of all the current B3 manufacturers, whos shearling wool is the thickest/longest?

I have owned two RMNZ B-3's and both had very thick dense wool. That said the wool on my LW Anj4 is also very dense. I think it depends on the type of sheep skins used. Merino sheep have thick dense coats. Some manufacturers state the variety or source of their skins. With a little research...

Out of all the current B3 manufacturers, whos shearling wool is the thickest/longest?

I own/owned B-3's from all these makers. There are variations between jackets from the same manufacturer so my 'sample' is a very small one, but I would say RMNZ.

Well if it is then you got a better deal than I did. I remember paying at least £150 for it, but then I now remember the jacket I bought was from Scandinavia !

    The B-3 appreciation society …

I think I once owned this jacket. I purchased it from ebay and the seller told me ' The barn ' history. Unfortunately it was too deteriorated for me so I returned it.
