That will for sure be too large on me. I believe my ideal back length is anywhere between 22-23" depending on the pattern. Thanks for sharing, didn't know Eastman had that classified ads
That's some wealth of knowledge there @navetsea! If you didn't share that I would have just said "I think so long as you don't pop your collars up it should not be noticeable, no?"
Now I see it. That jacket looks great when worn zipped up or open. The j24 is versatile like you mentioned and the pattern suits you well. I agree with your take. I do like my leather wear but I like to blend in and just be noticed by some people who are in the know. Also noticed that I don't...
Agreed, the Horween Milan is indeed nice. It's light compared to CXL but it feels good to touch. In saying that I do think it will shine more in brown, the black jacket sample I saw at the store looks good but the skived down black overdye looks better in my eyes.
@TheDonEffect will have a...
^^ I'm not sure why but I can't view the photo attachment.
Yes, the athleisure look is Laid back cool. I know denim jackets work well with that style, never knew it can work well with a leather jacket as well. Great job
I think it's around 3 oz give or take when Damon measured it. Yes, I thought I was going to use that leather for my last project with them because it's just beautiful. I hope so too, I always liked the look as it's more tight fitting and stream lined
Wow! Your jacket sold on so quickly...
Wow, that's some serious wear time. Definitely looks shiny/stiff when brand new, it looks well made and fits you well. I love how the fine creek jackets evolve so much faster than other jackets. A well made and great fitting Trucker jacket is just hard to beat and great to wear.
So true, some styles comes easier to pull off than most for sure. Like denim jackets, that is so friendly to wear. I had a military jacket phase with m-65/ma-1/cwu 45-p, then I figured blousons just don't agree with my build. that's why I think i made a mistake getting an a2 because it just...
hahaha I think that might look cool if done with subtlety! Again happy holidays to you and yours! Thanks man, i really appreciate it. I always thought you had the best fitting jackets before I officially joined the lounge. I still can't believe that none of the iterations of those bootlegger...
The new vs worn pictures is the best way to advertise this. Looks like it's made with the less stable top coat so it wears rather faster. Hope you keep this, so we can see the journey it's been on
Loving the whole vibe of this picture! That's very relaxing to look at, long hair no care, life is good.
This looks great on you! You carry it well. Should have gone with a darker shade of brown when I got my A2
You bet @handymike I'll be making sure to do that! Thanks again for the tip, I finally have the vintage bates inspired collar
Thanks man @ton312. Glad you seem to like it, I appreciate it a lot. I'm the most comfortable with myself wearing this, now I know why people always say like a 2nd skin...
A little update on the black jacket in Masaye leather. I have been wearing it regularly and is a fixture in my rotation. It's really good in the rain and wind. Still have not breaked it in but I'm working on it. I still haven't shaped the collar yet but. . .
I remembered what @handymike...
Glad to know I'm not the only one who went a little too far lol
Aside from the 2 Chelsea boots from Benzein that I am awaiting delivery on. I recently ordered the Truman Java Horse Rump (c55 last with flat GYW and 430 full sole). I'll try not to get more service/monkey boots this coming year...
